3.4 You must notify jl588 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. Notification should be directed to jl588 support as specified in Section 14 of these Terms.
3.5 jl588 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including government-issued identification and proof of payment method, at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on Account functionality, including the withholding of withdrawal processing.
4.1 Deposits to your jl588 Account may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 jl588 accepts only deposits originating from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. jl588 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform; however, processing times may vary due to banking partner procedures or regulatory requirements.
4.4 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. jl588 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
4.5 jl588 is not responsible for delays in the receipt of funds attributable to the policies or processing times of third-party payment service providers, including GCash, BPI, or BDO.
5.1 jl588 may offer various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Account holders. 10.2 jl588's total cumulative liability to any User arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jl588 does not warrant that the Platform will operate continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
11.1 jl588 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where jl588 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.
11.2 Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting jl588 support. Upon voluntary closure with no pending disputes or unmet wagering conditions, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
11.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jl588 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including both Funds and Bonus Funds, without compensation.
